"We went here with our disabled aunt and were greeted with courtesy and good humour. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. We didnt have to wait too long before our server Emily brought nachos to share. We had gammon a pie and a burger all of which were served speedily and to a good standard. My ..."burger was a little dry but the pie was good and the gammon my wife said was excellent. For dessert I had white chocolate mousse with raspberries and my wife had soft chocolate pudding both of which were excellent. The highlight of the evening was the service. Emily was polite and efficient.

First i had to get the drinks in as it was the warm...

"They have a sign saying over 70% of the fish served is caught within 10 miles, can't get much fresher than that. Not just haddock and cod but local crab and lobster, halibut, seabream, sole, whiting - about 10 other fish including something called Scarborough woof. Prices were good, particularly giv..."en the quality and range of fish. Service was friendly and efficient. We had crab to start, followed by halibut & local Dover sole all of which were beautiful, plain pan fried and served with peas and chips. The chips deserve a special mention, crunchy outside, soft in the middle and excellent flavour, down to the beef dripping apparently. It was our second visit and it won't be our last even though we live 30 miles away. They also do takeaway
