McGrath's is situated just off "The Strip"- 2nd street in Harrisburg, where there is a bit of a downtown bar/party scene. McGrath's somehow manages to avoid the bulk of the knuckleheads and drunks, tho- which is not to say it doesn't get loud or crowded- It does, but folks aren't going to be overly drunk or obnoxious. I personally avoid their fish & chips- Salmon filets and small, round fries! Not saying it's bad, but definitely not traditional fish & chips.
