  "Just returned from Crete and was pleasently surprised by the overall quality of restaurants visited in what is a very busy tourist location in the summer. Although we visited this restaurant at the start of the season so it wasn't particularly busy I don't doubt that the quality of food and service ..."will be maintained in the busier periods. We ate twice here but in honesty would have been happy to eat here for every meal the beef stifado was probably the most tender beef I have ever tasted and was served in a tomato based sauce which was packed with flavour. My wife ate the lamb kleftico which again was both tender and incredibly tasy. The service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive and the location on the water was spectacular. Don't have too much to drink or it is possible to fall in the sea whilst at a few tables! The cost of the meal including drinks and a sweet was about 40 euros for the 2 of us.
