This is a beautiful space in downtown Morganton with both indoor and outdoor seating and a very nice small bar area. The French Lentil Soup with smoked pork was the best lentil soup I have ever eaten in my entire life - Really! The waiter said that the chef smokes the pork and it just makes the soup and the soup base. Very complex and deeply flavored. The side salad was great and the pastrami sandwich was just perfect. My companion's meal of a crab cake/fried green tomato napoleon was also excellent. Plenty of crab and just a tiny amount of filler.
