The food, however, was good. They offered a salad table that was different than the traditional salad bar. For entrees we had the Key West shrimp served scampi style. The shrimp were very large, but unfortunately they were a little overcooked. We also had the wild salmon with the black truffle buerre blanc sauce. The salmon was fresh, but the sauce was very sparse on the plate. Sides are served family style, and we chose creamed spinach and the garlic smashed potatoes. The creamed spinach was very fresh and clearly made from fresh spinach.
