If the only encounter you've ever had w/ alligator is the soggy, breaded kind, you will definitely want to try Camellia's version of alligator bites with a citrus-y vinaigrette dressing. Excellent! We also had the grouper sandwiches, which were very tasty, accompanied w/ great crunchy french fries & ice cold beers. This will be our go-to lunch stop whenever we bring out-of-towners on a boat tour.
