  "I ate here by myself, had three glasses of wine and the bill was around $220. That's a bit much. I was surprised that the portions here are not at all "California sized." They were enormous. Usually in CA it's safe to order a couple of different courses because portions are always on the smaller..." side. It was shocking to see the portions at this place. Perhaps it was just what I ordered, but the plates passing by looked super sized as well. The servers here were dynamite. One thing to note is that this Bouchon has nothing to do with Thomas Keller or the more famous Bouchon. It's owned and run by the same people who run Wine Cask, another great place to eat in SB.   "Some of the best Sushi I've ever had. it's on the pricey side of the checkbook, but worth every cent. I sat at the sushi bar and after ordering some lovely tuna shashimi, I just told the guy making the sushi to make me one of their best rolls, or whatever his favorite was - and it was awesome."
