The salmon was warm and tasted great. The steak presentation was interesting with the steaks over mashed potatoes. The steak had way too much fat left untrimmed. The blue cheese added an interesting flavor. The Truchard Chardonnay was a good choice with the salmon. Flavored water (strawberries and ?) were an interesting touch. The lemonade was very sweet. Our bill was presented without a charge for the chardonnay or lemonade and Mariana added it after we pointed it out.
