"This was one of the highlights of our trip to Allentown. The server was awesome. He explained everything very well, and was very knowledgeable about the menu and the craft brews. The beef is from a local farm and the burgers are transcendent! I had a grain fed burger with the 2500 degrees topping an..."d couldn't believe how good it was. I'm still speechless over the quality of this burger. We had the beer sampler which was 6-5.5 oz samples of their beers for only ten bucks, which is a great deal. The only thing that worried me was that the waiters had to carry trays of food upstairs to the mezzanine. My wife is a server and mentioned how difficult of a task that is. We were in the dining room however, so that didn't affect my experience. Great food, great service, and, most importantly for a Brewery, GREAT BEER!

Southwest decor. Large menu. I like an ethnic restaurant to have products of the country of their cuisine. They h..."ad an ample variety of Mexican bottled beers and tequilas but also had three Mexican beers on draft. Sat at the bar, service was fast and courteous. After perusing the menu I decided on the Border sampler. Steak nachos, chicken flautas, chicken quesadillas, served with pico de gallo, original queso, guacamole, sour cream and pickled jalapenos and carrots. They make their own tortilla chips that a large and serve a basket of them with fresh salsa. Some time samplers can be a bit skimpy this was not. The steak nachos covered a third of the large oval plate, refried beans oozing with melted cheese and pieces of steak. The flautas were crispy with plenty of chicken which I dipped in the queso. T...
