"Feeling like eating something we were more used to, we found ourselves in here one evening. We were the only customers, which usually is a bad sign, but we needn't have worried. The staff, who are all from South India, were friendly but not pushy, mostly leaving us to ourselves. They spoke good Engl..."ish, although we ended up conversing in an odd mixture of English and Japanese.
The food was great. A good selection of different curries, breads, rice, vegetables and salads. We got a selection of different curries with some salad and naan bread to share. While the individual dishes were quite small, together they were more than enough to satisfy.
This is proper South Indian food with genuine spicing and totally delicious - just what we were looking for. They also have a small selection of Indian desserts which we didn't try because we were stuffed! It's cheap as well. Drinks are a little limited, a few wines, beers and soft drinks.

"Like all Irish bars in Japan (and everything else) it's on the pricey side but the food was good (had the fish and chips) and the staff were reasonably friendly. Bit of a Guinness nazi myself and the pipes could have done with a clean but one takes what one gets away from Ireland in terms of the bla..."ck stuff.
The place is a pb effectively and not so much a restaurant, so don't be surprised by the crazy small size of the place.
