The owner speaks some English and can explain the menu written in Japanese/Italian on request. It is a small restaurant and often can get very crowded on weekends so reservations are recommended. The stock was a lovely deep brown color, and the flavor out of this world. The noodles were cooked perfectly. I had the Seafood ramen, and my wife had the Pork Ramen...". We also had 2 orders of Gyoza that all of us agreed was excellent. If the food can impress my Japanese family as well as me the token American at this restaurant you know it's gotta be great.
