The food and service was so excellent that I went a second night and enjoyed a lighter meal of the kalbitang (beef rib soup). It was dynamite – exactly like that served in Seoul with a rich beef soup base and tender bits of beef that fell off the bone (my sole ding would be it came without the requisite bowl of kimchi that’s always present at any Korean meal).
