"I don't say this very often but this is one place that makes me WANT to tip. I tried alot of places in Viña del Mar but this is the place I went to twice and it was two days in a row!!! I tried their seabass the first time and the 2nd time tried the clams with parmesan and pasta with seafood. All I..." can say is that my tastebuds know simple honest cooking when it comes across it. Simple honest cooking that doesn't try to be anything other than what it was meant to be. Nothing was too try or overcooked or undercooked. The owners loved to chat and they always made sure I had everything I need even if it was something as little as a few more serviettes. Not only are they proud of their dishes and stand by them but it is obvious to me that these people know seafood. This little place is an oasis in a sea of restaurants that only think they know seafood.....

"Good portions and decent food. The staff is also very nice. Beware and be careful of them trying to charge you incorrectly on the bill. They tried to add the cost of dessert on to our bill. We really didn't want dessert, but on the English menu, it said our food came with it. They tried to add a sig..."nificant amount of money on to our bill for it because it was not on the Spanish menu. I asked several times to bring back the English menu- they finally did, and after two conversations with management, they gave. They did not want to relent.
Drinks are strong and food is decently priced. I wouldn't suggest the veggie emapanada. It is mostly unappealing chunks of meat flavored tofu with almost no veggies. They told us they were out of cheese and also out of mushroom ones and we got stuck with these.
All in all a good experience, just be on your toes.

"Nice little Italian restaurant in a nice part of Vina. Quite formal in a way but not so much that it made us uncomfortable. Some items are a bit more expensive than you'd think they'd be in Chile, like the bottled water was crazy expensive. However the overall price was fine of the meal. And very en..."joyable.
Had a pizza to begin as an appetizer- it was quite decent. It tasted like they used fresh oregano on top. The bread basket provided some good bread although one of the breads was a bit salty. The pasta with bolognese was approaching excellent and the gnocchi was fair to good. Pisco sours were good as well.
Definitely a place to check out for a nice dinner.
