"After only a week in Thailand as a Vegan I was really over rice and rice noodles. At my home we grow nearly all our own organic vegetables and eat mainly raw food ,especially in the Summer.so my first day in Chiang Mai my lunch was an oily over cooked plate of veggies. On returning to our Hotel I we..."nt straight to this community to find some REAL food. This place just leapt out at me and I booked it straight away. For me it was Manna from Heaven with kale and other greens juice as a starter followed by Walnut Suchi and Papaya Salad.
My body has been thanking me all day today. If you are not into raw food or interested in an amazing new experience. If you cannot wait for the brilliant Chef to craft you a meal from scratch all from the purest organic sources, then there is plenty of other places to eat but for me it will remain as a main highlight of my stay in Chiang Mai.

"The atmosphere is very friendly and the cooking smells wafting from the kitchen (which you can see from your table) will get your ordering as soon as you can. I had a passiofruit smoothie which was to die for and in Australia would have cost me $25 in passion fruits then I shared Tempura Veggies and..." Spring Rolls followed by an Asparagus Stir Fry then not wanting to leave I had raw cacao truffles. Mgarn

"Chiang Mai is blessed to have this cafe and bakery. I don't know of any place near home (in the U.S.) that prepares such delicious breakfast fare, deli sandwiches (home-made corned beef and pastrami, for example), and, of course, baked goods (breads, bagel, brownies and buns!).Gluten-free items, too...". Seriously! All in one cafe. It is worth the airfare just to have a slice of their dacquoise cake with its buttercream frosting. The staff are fun, friendly, and attentive, but not intrusive. Wi-fi allows you to let your friends know how much you enjoy their food while you eat it!
