  "I spent six months living in Villa Rosa and ate at almost every restaurant and pizzeria in the town. La Minerva was far and away the best restaurant in the area. Excellent service by the always smiling, friendly and professional Domenico was matched by some of the best food I have ever eaten in Ital..."y - which is saying a lot as I have toured around the country a few times! An extensive menu of pasta, pizza, seafood and meat dishes that will not disappoint even the fussiest of eaters! Prices are on par with other restaurants in the area - not cheap but not expensive either - definitely good value for money.
