The tasting menu was crafted beautifully and worthy of a Michelin star, or two, perhaps. "It is the main square of Chinon and every tourist is walking around. Au Chapeau Rouge, however, prepared a fine meal that we really enjoyed. The chef's skill was clear on each course. A nice surprise"

You must try the foie grois ravioli. Beautiful delicate pasta that melts in your mouth in a flavorful sauce. One of the best dishes I have tried in France.
