  "I returned to this restaurant and I was surprises that it was better that my previous visit. I had a beef and it was soft and delicious. There was live organ music that created a pleasant ambience. Dessert was also delicious. I highly recommend this place."

  "Ate here 5 times in 3 days. We were staying at the Hotel Casino Morelia and this is the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast and dinner twice and lunch once. Had the Plaza-style enchiladas, Lamb in zapota sauce and House cut of beef (filet) Mestizo. This was amazing food, really and the prices were not too..." expensive. The array of sauces, moles and salsas was outstanding. I had a fried egg dish with eggs layered with ham and some kind of cheese and tortila and covered with a plate lickingly good sauce and the other time a dried beef, egg and chiles scramble with warm salsa.   "Like a lot of places in the historical district of Morelia, the former homes were built in the 16 and 1700's, all of pink cantera marble. We had the pork shank with a delicious sauce. Service was a bit on the slow side but not sure how extensive the restaurant was. Did notice several "dining rooms" ..."adjacent to our area in the center of the restaurant.
