  "I spotted this place on a walk and the pictures out the front looked great. So to find the food lived up to them was a treat. Food comparable to any of "best" (western taste) restaurants in bali and Australia but at reasonable prices for that type (specially compared to seminyak). Great cocktails ..."refreshing and different to usual cocktail lists - the granita type cocktails were sensational. Very clean and sleek place. Having fans and couches available was also exellent as our son was able to lounge around while we enjoyed the food. As usual lovely friendly staff who were able to display some initiative! We ended up going 2 nights in a row as we wanted to try more from the menu. We shared quite a few dishes over the 2nights and could not fault any of the food. The only downside is the cost. Considering the quality, it is absolute value for money but as we all know, a holiday in Bali means cheap food and accommodation and eating at Bumbu every night definitely isn't cheap.
