  "If you are in the SE corner of Costa Rica and are looking for a special meal, this is the best restaurant we found in the Puerto Viejo area and worth a visit. It is supposed to be the best Italian restaurant in Costa Rica. It is a "foodies" kind of place with an exotic, spacious ambiance. We went ea..."rly with a group of five for a birthday dinner. We were the only people there for the first half hour at 5:30 - 6 pm. We sat at an open table in a corner with a great view of the whole place. We were there with small kids and the place and staff accommodated us well. It is probably more geared towards couples and adults, however, since the food is carefully prepared and served. The owner helped serve and the other waitresses were excellent. They knew a lot about the dishes and wines. Everything we ordered and ate was excellent. Each dish had unique and delicate flavors.   "Just visit this place to check out a great job in forest wood decor. Everyone and their brother around here tries to create a similar theme, but these guys did it right. The food is good to although the value could be a tad more. We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed our sandwiches for $7 + tax + tip."
