  "Our first dinner in Tobago was at the Fish Pot in Black Rock, which we walked to from the Grafton Beach Resort. We had a light dinner including salads, crab cake appetizer, and their grilled fish entrée. The salads were small but very fresh greens with homemade dressing that was outstanding. Crab..." cake appetizer was pretty good, a few little shell pieces, only body meat, no lump meat so not too exciting. The fish dinner was a bit overcooked, just a hair. We've since realized that dinners on Tobago are all a bit overpriced and they are not going to knock your socks off. You're better off hunting for superb inexpensive local food for lunches and not expecting too much at dinner. Overall this was a pretty good meal in an area with not much to choose from. Fish entrees are $160TT which is about $27 US. Beer is cheap, wine not great. Both tables next to us had people smoking which is annoying at dinner. " More >
