This was our first time trying Barrel Stay. Hostess, (Jill), was very outgoing and informative and our server was very efficient as well. Jill (hostess/dining guid) and Graham (chef) are as extraordinary as their food! They made our group so welcome and so comfortable that we had to dine two nights in a row while visiting blissful Anguilla. We had a dairy allergy in our group and are accustomed to busy chefs declining to alter their recipes because they "won't taste the same."... More

Barrel Stay has high end food and excellent service. The location is a bit out of the way but, as Guide Michelin says of its top restaurants, worth the trip. The chef-owner is right there cooking. Food is island specialties with a refined flair. Prices are in line with other top Anguilla restaurants.

A lovely spot with fine good and enthusiastic service. We will definitely return on our next visit to Anguilla

Juist back from Anquilla, Barrel Stays food was delicious. The restaurant was busy and the service was very good. In the top three during our stay with Veya and Blancards excellent.

The meal we had at Barrel Stay was absolutely delicious and definitely the best dinner we had on the island. Can't wait to go back Anguilla to go there again.

Our of 7 nights we gave this #2. Place is pretty. Service is lovely. Food was very good. It was Valentine's Day and the special tasting desert was great.
