Fantastic restaurant with fresh seafood and excellent service. The guys are so helpful and welcoming here. We enjoyed our meals and wee performance 😊.

We had the paella for two and a bottle of cava. The meal was really good and so was the cava. Perfectly cooked rice and fresh seafood and fish in the paella. Nice staff too. The restaurant is not as posh as the other ones...closer to the harbour, and seems to have locals eating there as well as tourists.More

We arrived and the waiter did not even greet us with a smile just pointed to a table on the edge of the restaurant. Did not explain the specials. Seating was very cramped. It had a real wierd vibe from the staff. The food came...it was not anything like restaurants in Maspalomas and Ingleis so I can only give it the lowest rating possible. My advice stay away from here walk towards the harbor maybe the service and food is better.More

Poor service accompanied poor food . Left very disappointed as we came 3 years ago and it was a totally different experience. The fish dish was small and overpriced . The staff not interested in providing service . There are plenty better fish restaurants locally.... I certainly do not recommend you waste your money here anymore .More

If you like fresh fish in a down to earth environment, this is a great find and you’ll forgive the grumpy team serving you. The waiters are impatient, unfriendly and clearly frustrated by their foreign guests. Try a bit harder and your tips will be...bigger and people will return. Explain the menu with patience and people will order more. This restaurant has so much potential to move up the Trip Advisor ratings.More

This is one of a string of three restaurants, along with Mar Azul and the Italian La Fenice that sit together in a quieter area before you enter the narrow lanes to the Marina where you can avoid the hustle and bustle of the Marina...side restaurants and at a slightly lower price point also. We fancied fish on this particular evening and went for El Capuchino because it had the strongest fish menu of the three restaurants ( I believe the restaurant name comes from a fishing boat). We both went for the grilled Mogan fish , my partner having it plain and I went for the garlic version. Very nice fish and well cooked but whatever the fish was it was quite boney. And make sure you like garlic if you go for this option. Service was good and the price point was right for what we experienced. Cannot stretch to five stars for this one because we did have better fish dishes in other restaurants during our two weeks, but a very solid four star evening meal.More

Beautiful food, drink and service! The live music was a fantastic extra touch too! The staff were really helpful by giving our party separate bills. Nothing was too much trouble!!

Firstly, be careful - the portions here, particularly starters, are enormous. Secondly, enjoy the very nice setting of this restaurant, and the attentive service. It's the only restaurant where I found my favourite seafood cold - octopus - but the first time we dined there...the portion was enormous. So the second time I successfully asked for a half portion - at half price - and there was no problem. Both times I followed this with a fillet steak, and I haven;t had better in any restaurant. My wife had the sole on our second visit, which was meaty, unlike the malnourished specimen she was given at the restaurant two doors down. Very nice food, great service. Recommended.More

Excellent service & fresh authentic Spanish restaurant in Mogan. I’ve been here 5 times over a number of years and each time it’s been amazing. The seafood paella 🥘 is absolutely top notch. This restaurant should be in the top 5.More

The food was amazing we both had seafood. I had grilled sole and my husband had red bream both dishes were absolutely cooked to perfection with the freshest vegetables and salad we had on our entire trip. Well worth a visit
