behavior of pizza hut supervisor and the staffs were very bad and rude .the quality of the pizzas were not in acceptable condition and i will never go to a pizza hut restaurant again.

Food served fast when not crowd. Environment very nice since is indoor, can have a view around the indoor themepark and coaster run across.

extremely bad service. someone needs to teach them a lesson. very arrogant staff are confident due to their location. so do not care bt the customers

Sorry to hurt feelings of vegetarians but Pizza Hut in malaysia offers only cheese pizza for vegetarians that too they write not fit for vegetarians.....beacuse they might be using beef oil......so beware before eating there..

They only server Veggie Delight Pizza and a Garlic Bread. Veggies dont have any other option if they are on a short trip (or not stay at any hotel in Genting Highland

Dine on a Sunday afternoon. Terrible service, water ponding at the inside of the restaurant. Food quality was lousy. Worst pizza hut meal we ever had.

The member of the restaurant need training in how to serve the customer, no attention to the cleaning and the food quality was not good.

In the indoor theme park so convenient whilst the young ones are going on the carousel. Staff are not the best and service can be frustratingly slow.

you can't come here for every meal though. Great for dinner or lunch perhaps 1 or 2 times in a few days. why? Cos the price is reasonably compared to what you get downhill.
