Chicken Kebab is lovely. If you like fish it is brought to your table so that you can choose which one you would like cooked. Nice people

Great food and lovely location. The largest Fish kebab I've ever seen, enjoyable and typical Portuguese staff in this warm and friendly spot on the main road to senhora da rocha.

Friendly service. Good choice of fresh fish every day (they bring a tray of available fish to your table to inspect). Traditional Portuguese dishes served alongside 'safe' dishes for the not so adventurous. Children are most welcome and are catered for well, which was an observation, rather than a first hand experience.

The first night here I had sea bass, which was "ok", my partner had stone bass and said it was gorgeous. We came back a 2nd night and both had grilled peppered steaks, and they were devine, the waiters were very friendly and it was generally a superb restaurant. Highly recommended.

We had steak and it was ok, peppersauce too watery but good on flavor. Icecream out of the carton box, but again ok in flavor. Staff very friendly but the feeling of being in a cheap restaurant remains. Honest food for an honest price, no surprise there.
