I absolutley loved this place. They are only breakfast and lunch so get there before 3:00! We got hummus and I got one of the pizzas. It was all amazing. The two owners are German and very nice. The price was excellent. There is very little seating so it's best for a few friends or a couple. They also have... More

We had the best meal here during our visit to Newport! Our intention was to grab a quick bite before mansion hopping but we ended up having the meal of our visit and took back almost everything we can back to NY w/ us. They only serve brunch on Sundays and nothing off their normal lunch menu- which was perfectly... More

Easy access, though not on the main drag. Lunch was prepared and boxed for us to take to the water. Very yummy. Highly recommend!!

Rosemary and Thyme is a nice place to start your morning. The staff is very friendly and always make you fell welcome. They offer a nice selection of delicious pastries and a few high quality coffee options. Since the interior is small, take out is usually the best option.

I went to Rosemary and Thyme a few weekends ago while visiting Newport. I went there based on previous reviews, which were pretty accurate. It's a very small place -- it seats maybe 15-20 people -- but provides big taste! I ordered the signature item: the Rosemary and Thyme sandwich. It has herbed goat cheese, kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, organic... More

I never expected the bakery to be in the middle of a residential area and we passed it once before we found it. Unfortunately we were not able to eat there for lunch because we arrived to late. We tried their Cranberry Scone and Hazelnut croissant on the way home on the ferry and they both were Great! Next time... More

Ordered muffins...nothing too special, but a very nice treat and reasonably priced. If you are in the area, it is worth stopping in, but I wouldn't make a special trip.

I read the reviews prior to going so I was hopeful. This little place did not disappoint. Deliciousness by the boat load! We had the scones, the small pâté plate and the Banh Mi sandwich. Amazing! It all was great. Lovely service, nice people, we'll be back!

We arrived at 10;30am and most of the fresh baked goods were gone. We had a Cherry Pistachio scone and a Cranberry Lemon scone. The Cranberry Lemon was divine, tasty and moist. We had a table and it is a cute place with high quality goods. I was disappointed that only pre made coffee was available, no lattes. The coffee... More

A bit of a walk from the center of Newport but well worth it. Not many tables inside to sit, but if you can, it is worth the time. Salad for me, sandwich (small) for wife. And an enjoyable break before going on to visit the Mansions.
