We had lunch here on an off-season day and the restaurant was nearly empty. It shouldn't be. From the busy street-front, Cafe Ole' looks tiny, but there is generous seating inside and in the outside patio. The patio looked pleasant, though it was a bit chilly outside, so we dined inside. The interior is highly decorated in a Mexican theme.... More

A funky little Mexican folk art restaurant on run down Main street. A real little Jem with good food friendly staff and a potful of Virgin of Guadalupe s. Don't miss "Mole Monday" if you are in that cool (temperature and otherwise) town.

(and I grew up in S. Tx) -- fresh, tasty, just the right amount of heat & a variety of textures. Cool decor. Our large group did not have to wait too long for our food. Excellent, citrusy margaritas. Ladies, don't miss the Dia de los Muertos restroom.

Great vegetarian tamales, calabacitas, etc. It's really best in summer because of the beautiful patio, fountain, and the view of the sunset.

I heart Cafe Ole! No lard and many vegetarian and gluten-free options. Best patio in town in the summers and may I recommend "Mole Monday"? Super fun atmosphere and the owners and staff are amazing. Not a good place to go if your in a hurry but a great escaper from your work day or a great way to kick... More

We have gone here multiple times. Each time we waited awhile for our food, but it has always been worth it. Our favorite time is brunch.

Wonderful old building. Excellent service. Excellent food. No other mexican restaurant in Flagstaff is nearly as good.

Does not accommodate large parties well. Told the manager we would not be visiting again after I walked out to see her yelling at a larger party. Several of the party only had card rather than cash to pay for meal. The table had to be broken up in separate checks. This message was not relayed properly by the server... More

This place has a fun local, popular with college students. The interior is wonderful, filled with colorful Mexican pottery and a relaxed atmosphere. Companions and I had a working lunch here on a weekday afternoon, and were surprised to find the place empty. After waiting a long time for food to arive, we could understand why. We also found portions... More

DH and I went here after some local friends raved about how good it was. The service was excellent and the food arrived quickly, but it wasn't anything special. I had the Thursday night special and DH had a combo platter. It was good basic food without heat. I ate everything and am willing to come back, but will get... More
