Server was really nice - we ate right on the riverwalk. Thought food was pricey - and quality was just ok.

I first dined at Boudro’s approximately 10 years ago and was excited to see if the flavors and quality were what I remembered. I was not disappointed. This place is known for their table side guacamole; which is a must have. But, do not be confused: Boudro’s is not a Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurant. They describe the restaurant as a... More

Good service, nice outdoor seating - glad we didn't sit inside as it was very loud and felt crowded. Food was big disappointment - blackened prime rib was at least 1/3 fat, pork tenderloin ordered medium was overdone and just not very interesting. Chili fried oyster appetizer was quite tasty. Prickly pear margarita had nice flavor but not much tequila!... More

Enjoyed quail and a prickly pear cactus margarita while my husband had a steak and lobster done to his liking.

Yes, you'll have to pay riverwalk prices, but it might be worth it if you are wanting the riverwalk ambience and experience. This is the perfect place to go for those wanting the authentic "tableside guac" but not necessarily the "mexican only" menu. The steaks here are delicious and the restaurant has a much more upscale feel than many of... More

We went to Boudro's based on the reviews I read here. The atmosphere was great eating outside along the River Walk. Server was attentive. But we were disappointed in the food. Ordered guacamole for two prepared at table side. Maybe I'm not Mexican enough, but we thought it too heavy on celantro. Didn't taste enough avocado, maybe because it was... More

This place has a beautiful setting on the river, call ahead and ask for reservations for outdoor seats! The food is very expensive, and it is pretty good. Everything there costs extra, the sauces and there are no substitutions!

We had been there for dinner. Very crouded- which is a good signal. But the table was VERY small. No space. The meal ( Texas steak and Fish) was good. But we could not really enjoy. We felt a bit stressed because of the noise and "trouble" around us.
