Great food, great service, huge portions, and very reasonable prices. We go there all the time it's one of the best restaurants in Tucson.
As part of a southwestern chain, they serve a reliable menu of crowd pleasing fare in 'cowboy size' portions. After frequenting this location for 8-9 years, I have recently noticed a dramatic decline in service. A recent business lunch took so long to get served that we will unlikely return so we don't get in trouble for a 2 hour... More
We enjoyed the meals and the service today as part of our wedding anniversary celebration. We were greeted with smiles and promptly taken care of. The only thing that beat our meals was the great desserts.
First visit to El Con Claim Jumper. Our service was outstanding, if you go ask for Penelope! Great server, she was fun knowledgeable and efficient. Our food was amazing. I ordered the triple grill which was tender Smokey tri-tip, grilled chicken, and melt off The bone BBQ ribs. I was at a table of seven, everyone ordering something different and... More
First time we ate here, we thought it was great. Second time, we ordered dinner salads which were no better than the salads you can get at Pizza Hut Italian Bistro. This last visit was for a birthday dinner and it was not as expected. We ordered house salads with our meal and they were not cold, the lettuce was... More
I had a great meal with friends on a Sunday afternoon. The service was great and the food was delicious. This was my first experience tasting blacken tilapia, the fish was flaking and went well with the rice pilaf. the shrimps were cook just perfect. love, love, love, this meal .
Claim Jumper is a part of a chain of Landry's restaurants. Their menu is large and diverse, ranging from appetizers to desserts. In between are options for sandwiches, burgers, pasta, and steaks and seafood. All of their food is excellent, and I often have a hard time deciding what to have so as not to keep having the same old,... More
We went here with 40 people for a group dinner, and the servers did a great job. There were no issues with the food, and the portions were huge. They have both gluten free and vegetarian options. Nice decor.
Food and beverages were served in a timely manor.Big menu selection. This place looks like a ski lodge inside, except outside it was 100 degrees! Good food and service. Would go again.
It was a fine romance but it all ended too soon. Precious were the moments and few. Between the hostess and the server the party was over. One lunch was not good, the other was worse.
