We liked that you can order pizza by the slice and very generous slices they are. Didn't like witnessing staffs display of contempt to a party of hispanic decent.
I've had so many things off the menu over the years. Want to hang with friends, study or read for a couple hours, or just try something simply delicious. Go to Brooklyn Pizza. Heaven on a plate.
Been here three times and highly recommend this pizza. Living in Phoenix, it's hard to find a pizza place that isn't corporate and upon finding Brooklyn Pizza and finding out it's solar powered, just made it that much more enjoyable. It has ample seating and it's clean. Love the fact that you can see the pizza makers rolling and tossing... More
Love Brooklyn Pizza. Delicious. Try to eat here several times a month! Get the jalapeno and pineapple. it's just great!
This is a great little dive to have a slice of REAL, delicious thin-crust "pie" like you might get in NY. No frills, just the best combination of sauce, cheese (and other toppings) lounging on the best crust imaginable. It is addictingly good pie! Garb a slice and head next door for a drink at the Sky Bar! Each time... More
Tony, the owner, really has his stuff together. Not only is this pizza delicious, but it's completely solar powered! He also owns sky bar and yoga on 4th. What a great small business owner who really gives back to the community and enviornment!
We have been living in Tucson for 10 years now and I'm pretty sure Brooklyn Pizza has won best pizza in the Tucson Weekly all 10 of those years. It is good New York pizza plain and simple. Thinnish chewy crust a variety of toppings to chose from. There are however, not sizes to chose from. You either order a... More
Thinking I would save time, I tried a meatball "sub." It still took some time, bu the sauce and rolls was pretty darn good- we KNOW their piza, and now it is a fave when we go to Tucson, 4th Ave.
Who can complain when the food's this good? We get it that the college kids could care less about the appearance of the restaurant, but seriously, the floors were covered in food and the tables were, too. End of rant. The pizza was perfect New York Style, and its one of our favorite kinds of pizza.
It would be nice to be welcomed when you walk into Brooklyn Pizza. Like, "Hey welcome Brooklyn Pizza, we'll be right with you". Something small like that goes along way. Now don't get me wrong, the food is awesome, but the service from the employees could be better. I noticed people go to Brooklyn Pizza regardless of the service, they... More
