Great food , great staff, great prices, ate their 2 times in a week loved everything we ate. Everyone was super friendly. Just wish they stayed open later , and wish we would have found it earlier in your trip.

We had the Ono fish tacos. YUMMY! My son had a grilled cheese with almost burnt bread and ate the entire sandwich. he declared the fries were the best he ever had. I admit that they were the best I ever had! :-). No view but who cares. Local dining at it's best. Would definitely go back.

We ate here twice. First time I had the Turkado special, very good. The second time I had the Kohala burger, which was probably the best hamburger I had while in Hawaii. My husband had the fish tacos. Fast, friendly service, although the sitting area is small! They need a few more drinks on their menu selection.

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious and fresh. Will return and try a different combination, as the mushroom burger was absolutely delicious.

Stopped in Kawaihae. Found a little tiny place upstairs at the kawaihae shopping center, yellow building two story. The food was very good, service was good and friendly. Price, for Hawaii fair. If you want fancy this is not for you. It's little, but it has character.

If you find your self in North Kohala this is a must stop for lunch or a mid day snack. Clean and extremely friendly service, I stop in several times a month and always enjoy a delicious meal and the milk shakes are the best!

Travelling on my own on the Big Island, I was looking for a quick eat, and this. Unpretentious, but they do what they do well. You can always tell quality grass fed beef, and it delicious. And the fries aren't greasy! Give it a try!

Great variety of food for lunch and reasonably priced $10-15 pp. We ate here a few times and the Fish tacos were my favorite.
