The gastronomic highlight of the evening was a seafood pot pie. Very imaginative twist on a venerable standard. The pastry crust was strong but light and tasty. The seafood and vegetable mix inside the pie was a delight to the taste buds. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We sat on the side closest to the picture window overlooking the... Large portions, tasty food preparation distinguish this Port Angeles landmark. We have eaten here a few times through the years when we have visited. I particularly like the Eggs Benedict, but I must say the Chicken Fried Steak is well prepared too. The service always seems to be freindly and efficient.

Great French toast. Eggs and bacon were what you'd expect. Coffee wasn't good. Priced a few dollars too high. Nice landscaping.

We rushed to get there before 5:30 in anticiaption of the Early Bird prices and wondered why there was no one in the parking lot nor restaurant. They stopped offering it 4 weeks ago :-( We had a very nice birthdy dinner: two of us had seafood pot pie...very delicious but rich; one had trout and other had calf liver.... More

Nothing to dislike about Cafe Garden. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The service was always with a smile and an amusing comment. The Chicken Teriyaki was the best and my hubby had macadamia crusted fresh halibut over a large salad and said it was excellent. If you go to Port Angeles it's a MUST to eat there.

You'll understand why the parking lot is full after eating here. Headng east on 101, you could easily miss this little place sort of tucked into the hillside across the street from Days Inn. Trust me, though -- the locals have no trouble finding it! Food and service are excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Every meal we've had there... More

I'm an eggs benedict fan and the eggs benedict with dungeness crab did not disappoint. Eggs perfectly poached, muffin warm, with a nice serving of crab and hollandaise sauce. Mmmmm. My husband's breakfast was delicious as well but I'm still thinking about the benny two days later!

We have eaten at this restaraunt several times after being introduced to it by my best friend from high school who lives in Port Angeles. We took relatives from New Jersey there a couple years ago and they loved it. We took my daughter from Seattle there recently, followed by taking her and her husband there last week. He lives... We had just an excellent breakfast here. The service was so attentive, the waitresses were super friendly and the food was just great. I had a crab eggs benny I absolutely loved. My husband had a huge fry up with home fries, sausage and eggs he almost could not finish, and that NEVER happens. He loved his food as well.... More
