This is in an extremely expensive hotel. It's breathtakingly gorgeous. The average plate is $45 and tiny! The food is ok but not that great especially for the price you pay. I will not go back and would discourage others from eating here.

We wanted to really push the boat out for a special occasion and this hits all the right spots, so we went to this amazing restaurant, which we had great service and wonderful food, the restaurant is set in beautiful surrounding, a defiant place to visit whilst in Maui.
Awesome fresh fish. Be sure to leave room for the hula pie, it's amazing. Finally, we had reservations and checked in but the hostesses forgot about us which delayed us for a half hour. We didn't care because afterall, it is vacation and there's time. Nonetheless, the bar staff was awesome and the waiter we had really couldn't have been...

We started the evening off with a drink in the bar. Scott, the bartender, gave my husband a detailed saki lesson...very impressive. Our waiter, Justin, was just as helpful. The food was delicious and the sunset views were breathtaking.
Having gone to this restaurant several times in the the past 15 years, this is just not the same as before. Previously used this restaurant as my dinner after the wedding and it was absolutely amazing. Now just ehhh...
I booked this place months in advance. I requested and was promised a table with a view. We were put smack in the middle of the restaurant with a view of the servers' computer station. When I told the hostess that we were promised a table with a view, and showed her the confirmation email, she said there was nothing...

Just walking into the Grand Wailea to get to this restaurant is amazing. They will validate your valet parking ticket here also, just thought my fellow readers/reviewers would want to know that upfront :) Also, highly recommend reservations if a sunset dinner is what you are looking for. Some of the menu items are somewhat overpriced, but the setting is...

We happened to dine there during their "restaurant" week. A prix fix menu was offered at $49 for 3 courses or $79 including a wine pairing with two courses. Considering where we were staying a decent deal. Food was very nice. Service was very good. Setting was lovely; although when making a reservation ask for a table that is right...

The Humuhumu made our anniversary dinner fabulous! Loved the whole lobster 1/2 price special. They happily accommodated our split entree' request and presented us with a lovely, decorated, delicious dessert. Enjoyed a special event of a food-wine pairing 6-course meal prepared with celebrity Chef Lee Anne Wong. Loved Humuhumu so much, we ate there three times during our stay! Pricey,...

This was our first visit to this restaurant. What a cute place. Outside close to the beach yet covered from the wind. It looks like a big bamboo house. They have a lobster pit where you select your lobster from.
Decided to select the restaurant week menu. It did not disappoint! Surf and Turf! One of the tastiest filets I've...
