My daughter was injured in a car accident on January 3, 2013 and was recuperating in Morristown Memorial Hospital. I was alone that Saturday night and decided to eat at Guerriero's, having had a very good dining experience there several years ago. I walked in and was immediately seated by the hostess at a small table. As I looked over... More

love this place, food is very good. Prices are a little above average but the food is so good that it is worth the extra couple of dollars. Bring cash as I dont think they take cc. The owner goes out of his way to make you feel very welcome. Not a place for a quiet evening unless you go... More

Shocked that this restaurant has so many good reviews. I had the stuffed artichoke - blah and the veal with the owner's name is the title (can't remember what it was called ) - completely plain, no flavor. I would never come back here. The only other Italian I've tried in Morristown is Settebello - which isnt anything special either... More

I may not be Italia,. but I know good homemade sauce when I taste it. The food is fresh and delicious. I brought an Italian friend and she had tears in her eyes, the "gravy" was just like her grandma's. Jack, the owner is friendly and alwayd has a smile and a song. The wait staff works hard and does... More

This is my favorite when attending annual training for my company. The interior is admittedly no-frills, but the quality of the food served more than makes up for it. Jack, the owner makes the rounds to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. It's a locals place, and you get the feeling Vito Corleone has his own table... More

Our group of friends has dined at Guerriero's twice and had excellent food and service both times. The variety of dishes is perfect with an interesting selection of specials. The stuffed zucchini blossoms and seafood salad appetizers were rich and flavorful and not to be missed. Each of our entrees was unique and perfectly prepared. Our waiter had a great... More

We're genuinely confused by the positive reviews here. We were coming back from NYC late and so ordered takeout. Received, 3 poorly made pasta dishes, two (store bought?) desserts, and stale bread for $90. A truly disappointing meal. Specific examples include very bad (store bought?!!) tomato sauce, a shrimp dish with overcooked shrimp and unreduced, acidic wine sauce. As a... More

A short walk to the Mayo Performing Arts Center. Very crowded before any show - reservations are a must (no reservations for parties of 2). Had stuffedd mushrooms and broccoli rabe with sausage for appetizers - both were winners. Entrees - we were 2 for 3. Snapper Oregenata was fresh, light & tasty. Pasta with wild boar was execllent. The... More

Had no clue this place was here, but heard from a friend and had to check it out. Went on a Saturday at opening (5PM) without a reservation. Seated immediately. Gracious and friendly bus boys, waiters, and owner. Nice BYO option although we skipped it. Bread with garlic-infused oil was good as was bread with cannelini beans and red pepper... More
