Everything we have ordered is good, and most of the time is freshly made. Portion-size is generally good, and you don't have Subway's "where's the meat?" problem. Unlike most other fast food chains, Del Taco knows and uses more spices/condiments, etc. than just salt, pepper and hot sauce. While not fine dining, it certainly is worth a stop.

For the price and what you get, can't beat DelTaco! Evident by the fact that it was packed with patrons late on a weekday night.

This Del Taco is one of three that the family that started this chain still own. The food is awesome and portions are larger than at the other stores and food is better tasting. I suggest you order the Barstow Taco - huge and you won't regret it.

Del Taco was founded in Barstow Ca. The orginal is located on 1st street just before the bridge. The favorate is located on main and Moutain View. Best Del Taco in the good ole USA. I'll bet you won"t be disapointed

The Del Taco's in Barstow are all still owned by the original family and are not franchised. The portions are large and delicious. Once you have been to these Del Taco's you will be spoiled for other Del Taco's forever.
