Description: Located in a renovated warehouse, Floataway Cafe transformed the space into a contemporary dining experience. Chefs/Owners Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison have created a local organic, produce-driven menu with daily menu changes that reflect seasonal influences. Pale blues are offset by creamy wood panels and natural lighting, while a courtyard area is transformed into a romantic outdoor cafe with the night sky forming a starry canopy.

It's really a shame. I have been going to Floataway Cafe for more than 10 years. I live nearby. But the weak service seems to ruin the experience every time I give it another try. Last night was a perfect example. We had 7:30 reservations and the restaurant was filling but not crowded. We ordered cocktails to start the meal... More

My fiance and I went here as a Friday date night, VERY excited to try another restaurant in the Star Provisions family. Unfortunately, we were greatly let down. Let me break it down by pros and cons though, because there were a lot of things we liked before we got out food. The atmosphere is fabulous outside. There is a... More

OMG--the Piccolo Fritto was ginormous. Fortunately it was split between 2 people. The calamari and the shrimp were perfectly cooked in a light tempura-like batter. The accompanying fried rings of thin sliced onion and quarter slices of green tomato were a great counterpoint. The hanger steak was delicious as always. But the Pommes Frites were OUTSTANDING!!! Again, am very glad... More

I took my family to Floataway Cafe in anticipation to be blown away by the food. Unfortunately I was not impressed. The desserts were the best thing about the meal. Without going into detail about everything we ordered the food simply was on the blander side. The sauces did not pop. It was food I could make at home. The... More

We recently visited this restaurant on a weekend trip to Atlanta. Although the toffee pudding dessert was among the best things I've ever eaten in my life, everything else was mediocre. I ordered the quail and it appeared to have been cooked way in advance, then reheated, as it was tough and dry. My husband ordered the featured fish, which... More

Off by itself in industrial space, Floataway is a welcoming oasis, a warm, but not fussy, gem of a restaurant. It's easy to think that you've made a wrong turn, but keep going down Zonolite to near the end of the street and the Cafe is just around the corner. A cheerful greeting at the door, a busy bar, an... You can't be wrong with Floataway Cafe, Anne Quarantano is exceptional and the menu is always fresh and seasonal. Service is awesome, preparation state of the art and the taste... what to say... superb. Just... if you don't like garlick, let them know, Anne likes it... a lot... besides that you can order anything on the list or on the... More

Sat at the bar and still had a great meal. They have surprisingly comfortable metal bar chairs. Had dinner with my wife. Arugula salad, great with light dressing and Parmesan. She had beet salad, great beets. And we shared a margherita(sp.) pizza with veal meat balls. All great. 5 glasses of wine between us. $92. Worth every penny.

Wonderful dinner, 9 people, waiter was excellent and attentive. Food was perfect. We ordered two dessert samplers, and the toffee pudding with caramel sauce was so good, we ordered two more. It is a beautiful thing to watch grown men licking the plate (well almost, running their fingers through the last drops of caramel and licking their finges).
