My daughter and I had a fabulous meal at La Pietra Cucina. The parpadelli was the best I have ever had - even better than in Italy. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The restaurant is in an office building but still has a nice setting. The menu is short but the quality of the staff and food is excellent. The meatballs were great, Brussel sprout salad was terrific. We were 7 for dinner and not one plate was empty at the end.
We arranged for a private room for our office holiday party. Didn't have very high expectations, as the food for these events always seems warmed over, but not at LPC. The food was hot and delicious. The service was very attentive, the wine steward most helpful, and totally relaxed. I plan to return again for another great meal.
This was our first visit to LPC. We arrived on time for our reservation and were immediately seated. Even though it was "prime time" on a Saturday night, the restaurant was nearly empty. This always makes me nervous. Not to worry. After her 4th appearance at the table, we told the waitress that we were ready to order. I'm not... More

Had the chance to dine at the newly-renovated La Pietra Cucina (now being called LPC) the other day and all I can say is WOW, what a great upgrade! The interior is lighter and brighter now and its a welcome change. The menu retains a couple of the signature dishes from before (fried olives and the squid ink pasta to... More
We have always enjoyed our visits and meals at La Pietra Cucina, and even more so since the updating that has gone on at this establishment. The restaurant has been updated from the very clubby feeling that it had before. The renovation has opened up the restaurant and let in the light, taking full adavantage of the outdoor streetscape. That... More
Well we finally found this place on Peachtree Road that we've heard about. There is no visible sign in front but from word of mouth we learned about it. (They are remodeling inside and are putting a big sign out front) Have to pay valet parking up front, but...hey it's downtown Atlanta. Very delicious meal and great service. From the... More
Just next to the Ansley Park Playhouse, this is a great option for a pre-theatre bar bite and cocktail or glass of wine.
The calamari in brodo melt in the mouth. The black pasta dish is also excellent. As well as for dinner before a concert or play at the Woodruff Arts, this is a great place for lunch in Midtown.
