My favorite feature here is that it’s simply comfortable, relaxed and unassuming. The friendly family made us feel welcome, and are rightfully proud of the food they prepare and the care they show for their customers. Most of the items we had were excellent, I highly recommend the pork loin Mezedes and the Pastitsio. The meatballs in the spaghetti were... More

I've been here many times, and have never been disappointed. They make some of the best pizzas in town - if, like me, you prefer a thin crust that still has the integrity to support a bonanza of toppings. One of my favorite appetizers is Kafteri, a spicy cheese dip. It has some kick to it. For entrees, gee whiz,... More

This is the second time I have visited and it will become a regular stopping place. Clean, bright and friendly with excellent, freshly prepared Greek favorites. We enjoyed the pork souvlaki...the meat was tender and well seasoned. My only regret was we were too full for dessert.

We visited this restaurant for the first time recently. We had Hummus and Spanakopita appetizers. Both were very good. I had the Athenian Pizza, which is a Greek veggie Pizza. My wife had a Gyro, which was very good. All of this and a Coke was $38. We had plenty of food to take home. I have eaten in very... More

Went today because of all of the rave reviews on Trip Advisor - lived up to our expectations! I ordered the side order of spanokopita and was pleased that it came with 2 servings and that was my appetizer! I had the Greek salad for my entree and it was delicious. My husband had the Souvlaki and it was out... More

I'm a transplanted New Yorker and lived in a NYC neighborhood where Greek restaurants were fairly abundant. I absolutely love Greek food and have come to realize that finding good Greek restaurants in Richmond can be challenging. A friend recommended the Greek Grill and I tried it for take-out last week. I must say that I was very impressed with... More

The Greek Grill has Greek food. Not surprising, really, given the name. I am not an expert on Greek food, however, I find the food at the Greek grill delicious. The Marithes - fried smelts, are delicious, served with generous portions of tomato and tsatsiki. Greek specialties such as gyros and souvlaki are well prepared and tasty - portions are... More

The food is really, really good here, second only to Stella's. The spanakopita is one of the best I have ever had. Patichio is very good, and so is the souvlaki. The staff is freindly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. The location is a little off the beaten path but worth it. The restaurant is clean but casual.... More

Myself and friends go here on a weekly basis for lunch and dinner. The food is always excellent because the owner and his wife only use the best ingredients. They were even open during the hurricane to be loyal to their customers. Homey, warm environment, not pretentious.

Kind of hard to find, but well worth the search. Beautifully, clean restaurant and the wait staff was excellent. We had problems deciding on what to get so we ordered the combo platter to try several menu items. Although they say it serves two, the portions were huge. We had a great dinner (for 2) the following evening with the... More
