A trip to New Orleans isn't complete without trying a hurricane (or five) from Pat O'briens! I normally don't drink sweet drinks, but they are amazing and this place is definitely a must do. The patio area is really nice at night and most of the bartenders are really nice. Definitely will be going back next time.

When you come to New Orleans you have to go to Pat O. It's just one of those things you do. I had joined their birthday club, where you get a free drink and souvenir glass as well. The servers were friendly and quick. The food was surprisingly good. Overall it was a good experience.

As a souvenir, you get to take home your hurricane glass. As five friends and I were leaving, an employee offered to box our glasses. He kept mentioning that he did this for tips. Noisy, crowded, lively, entertaining, unique. true french quarter partying at its highest level. Even if your not usually a tavern type a couple of hurricanes changes your perspective in a hurry! DONT MISS IT!
