I have been known to send steaks back for being over cooked. Not only was my steak cooked perfectly, it was one of the most tender and delicious steaks I have ever had. Very good food--we definitely will return the next time we're in Madison.

We went back for the bison we had a few years back but were informed they did not have it now because the cost was just too high. But the steak did not dissapoint. There were four of us we all ordered 4 different steaks and we all we raving how amazing they were. Definitely a must eat!!
