I stopped by Via Roma on a recent visit to Hot Springs because I wanted Italian and the reviews were good. The service was excellent. My server, Dryden, was attentive and helpful. I ordered the calamari for an appetizer and the meat lasagna as my entrée. Both were good but not outstanding. The calamari came out quickly after my order... More

My husband and I went for our first anniversary and loved every bit of our dining experience. The family that owns and operates the restaurant are a true Italian Family! Not only was the food incredible but the experience was incredible. The candlelit atmosphere combined with the Italian opera playing in the background made for the perfect Environment. I got... More

I realized when looking for the phone number to make a reservation for the future, that I had not left a review after our first trip to Via Roma in February, 2013. We enjoyed every minute of being at the restaurant. The waiter was personable, helpful and appropriately attentive. The food was great. One of us had a shrimp and... More

My wife and I had a very romantic dinner at Via Roma. The lights were dim and faint music playing really set the tone. I ate the 10 oz filet and it was a wonderful steak! My wife had the vodka penne which was also delicious. I suggest the fried goat cheese salad. This was a wonderful dinner. The service... More

We enjoyed our family dinner at Via Roma. The food was well prepared and the pasta dishes that we had combined distinctive flavor and freshness. Service was very attentive once things got rolling. It took a few minutes to get service going, an unusual flow, but we were pretty indecisive. The recommendations were nice. The food was prepared with excellent... More

This is a nice place a bit off the beaten path. The food was good, although not great; however, the prices were more reasonable than those you'll see in the Italian places on Central Ave. The desserts are homemade, but we tried both the creme brulee and tiramisu and found both to be short of perfection. The creme brulee had... More

Intimate setting, without over doing it. We were dressed casually (jeans/sweater) and didn't feel out of place. We also didn't have reservations, which seems to be common here, yet we were seated within 5 mins. Owner even gave us a free dessert shot (very strong!), which was a surprise. Overall, we would definately go back if in Hot Springs.

We had lunch here. I had the pizza and my granddaughter had the spaghetti. The pizza was good but it had so much cheese on it, I could only eat one slice. The spaghetti was perfect. The bread basket ws white bread with real butter. I will eat lunch here again.

Via Roma is a beautifully decorated and romantic upscale Italian restaurant, where you are likely to be greeted by the owner and served by a team of earnest and attentive waiters. I'm a fan of the spinach salad with goat cheese medallions so that is always my choice. My husband usually chooses the soup. He almost always has a pasta... More

Trip Advisor needs to get the name right! It is Via Roma and it is an excellent restaurant. I had the special for the evening, sea bass in a white wine sauce with veggies and mashed potatoes. Very nice! Our server, Aryn, was attentive and efficient. This is definitely a restaurant I will frequent again.
