Definitely not authentic but it's Fredericksburg after all. Best Vietnamese food are in Atlanta, GA.

I have had Pho in a number of places, from little Vietnam in Arllington Virginia to top of the line restaurants in Las Vegas. I ABSOLUTELY love this place. I usually order the white chicken meat Pho. I have never been dissappointed! If you go once, you will go again (and again..)
