I went to the Maryland Historical Society's fundraiser and the location was nice but the business was run like a ship with no captain. First, the carpets seem to have never been cleaned. Grease trails run through this restaurant, (just think what else is not being cleaned if the obvious is left to run). The bar only had 3 bartenders... More

We both had the special of the day and were very pleased. Portions are small but that is good. It left room for dessert which were made on the premises.

Overpriced, crowded, loaded with irritating yuppies, watery lobster mac and cheese, small portions, bad service, high prices and overpriced weak drinks

We visited this restaurant on a beautiful fall evening and enjoyed delicious appetizers outside. Each dish was tasty and attractive. The waiter was attentive and polite.

We recently visited Meli's during Baltimore's restaurant week. Great service. The price for appetizer, entree and dessert was $30.00 which I think is reasonable in Fells Point. Good food and I would go back again.

The downstairs is fun and often has live music. The bartenders are always nice. We miss the dessert bar, which is the reason we first went there. The new room is hardly occupied. Their Mac-n-cheese and all entrees are gourmet quality but $5-10 less then you'd expect. ($18 instead of 28 for a duck breast etc...)

I was really looking forward to Meli as I had reviewed all the menus available for Restaurant Week and selected this one. Maybe I should have picked a different place. Since it's Restaurant Week, I'm sort of expecting that all the participating places are going to: 1) really busy due to the promoting and price, and 2) try and up-sell... More

Went to Meli for Restaurant Week and could not be more disappointed. I am a foodie who loves to take advantage of this "Week" to find more restaurants to fall in love with. The menu posted online was deceiving and slightly different than what was presented at the table (ingredients changed, steak and crab cake entrees were $10 more on... More

We went there several times on a Friday night. The music is very good, service prompt, waiters super friendly and professional, place clean and food delicious.
