On a recent trip back to Gettysburg I was very happily surprised to find the Lincoln Diner still operating just off the square. It's been a reliably good and inexpensive meal for decades and this trip was no exception. I grew up not far from Gettysburg and have eaten many a meal ... and even more slices of pie and... More

Visited this diner for dinner on the evening of April 29, 2013, and just loved it. Great service, food was very good as well, and pie selection for dessert was great, too, and all delicious. I'm from L.A., so Mom and Pop diners are a thing of the past. If you find one, which isn't easy to find, it has... More

We got up early so we could eat at the Lincoln Diner before our tour of the battlefield. We love going to silver diners with the vinyl booths that have seen many seats before us. But once in our pink vinyl booth, our server seemed to forget we were there and when she did take our order - she screwed... More

of all of the restaurants we visited on our trip, this was truly the best one! The food was home cooked and very affordable. We were so impressed that we went back that night and splurged on sweets from the bakery!!!

Nice diner food, pleasant staff, reasonably priced. Open past 8 PM, which most other casual inexpensive places weren't. Would eat there again.

While in Gettysburg we stopped into the Lincoln Diner and I was blown away. The menu included typical dinner food. Service was good and incredibly fast for being around lunchtime. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Definitley visit if you're in Gettysburg!

This is a genuine diner - it looks right, has the right type of menu, the right food and a great atmosphere. Not somewhere you take someone for a romantic dinner but great for breakfast or lunch. We need more such places!
