Cool place with so many choices. You can eat there, but there are also a lot of shops where you can buy fresh bread, meat, fish, etc. And all that with the nustloing athmosphere of a market hall.

It is great for gathering inexpensive spices and ingredients or prepared meals. It can be packed at lunchtime and weekends which is a con. love the excitement, the colors, the displays, the Amish venders, the options! Hate when it's crowded, which can be a nightmare, but going to reading terminal is always special.

If you've been to Faneuil Hall in Boston, use that as a reference point but realize this market is BETTER. Any visitor to the convention center must stop by the market. Tremendous selection of food. You won't find much in the way of other gift items here.
