We arrived just prior to closing and the proprieters welcomed the four of us and we ate some of the best Thai food we've ever had. Impeccable service, beautiful restaurant and absolutely delicious cuisine!

Seeking ethnic cuisine in a resort setting is always a risky venture, but Cove seemed to have a number of things going for it -- until the food came. Rather, until it did not for quite a while and then when it did. Named for the plentiful and delicious Penn Cove mussel that is a staple of Whidbey cuisine, Cove...

This place is a bit of an oddity. Located in a Victorian painted lady, it's decorated in a curious fashion, with original 19th century fixtures and the family's collection of Americana and Thai artworks. Yes, the service can be slow, since it's all done by three members of the family, but the food is superb. As one reviewer put it,...

We live in Coupeville and have tried pretty much every restaurant. The Cove Thai is the one our family keeps going back to...over 15 times now. Very small, with excellent service and a helpful and friendly host. The food was very good and attractively presented. The Cove was less than a block from my B&B.
If you like Thai food this restaurant is worth going to visit. It was probably the best in town. Have to like noodles.
Although the setting is not your typical Thai Food place, the food is spot on!
We thought we would check it out since one of the owners is from Thailand. But we would never go back. Food wasn't very tasty at all.
