This was not my first experience at Ashley's, but it will probably be my last time for dinner. We had booked the room with breakfast included in the room price and we were very satisfied with the breakfast choices, quality, and experience. I gave the rating three stars only because of the good breakfast experience. The dinner experience was very different.... More

At the invitation of the Capital Hotel, my family and I returned to Ashley's At the Capital Hotel on Friday evening, June 7th, 2013. Ashley's kindly bought our meal, and we bought our wine. I'm happy to say that we had a delightful dinner! Not totally flawless but lovely, fun, and delicious. The chicken liver parfait with tiny darling baguette... More

The Peabody was bigger and very impressive, especially because they have the ducks, but this was a great experience at a beautiful hotel and this was about the best meal my wife and I ever had at a restaurant. The wines paired perfectly with the meals and the food was very well prepared. First time we experienced bacon marmalade. We... More

I was looking for a great place to enjoy a delicious, unique lunch and Ashley's did not dissappoint! The service was very friendly and was very helpful with the questions I had about the Little Rock area. I loved the Cold Asparagus Soup to begin with! I also had a delicious Scallop plate that melted in my mouth! I would... More

Simply a fantastic breakfast experience. My family views this meal as the most important one of the day, and we are not easy to please. Between the pastries, pancakes, eggs, fruits, and meats, we came away quite pleased. As you might expect with a Capital Hotel restaurant, the customer service was fantastic. Even if you're not staying at the hotel,... More

The Capital Hotel is the nicest hotel in Little Rock. 4 or 5 stars, historic and beautifully renovated. The Capital Bar is a terrific place to have a drink, lunch, or dinner. The evening jazz is divine, a most pleasant experience. Ashley's is the fine dining restaurant and had an impeccable reputation until the chef left last year. But I... More

The menu had an interesting variety of breakfast choices and everything we ate was delicious. The food was also beautifully presented.

If you find yourself in Little Rock, you owe it you yourself to try this little unexpected hotel restaurant. Very well done along with excellent wine and champagne pairings with each recommendation. If you would like to fit in, wear a coat and tie as a male, and a dress as a female. We impressively dressed denim (if I do... More

Next to Capers, this is my other favorite in Little Rock whenever I feel like splurging. Excellent steak. Great for a late dinner after going to Robinson Center.

I was a little scared that the food portions were going to be tiny as with so many fancier restaurants, but boy Ashley's did not disappoint! You can choose 3 items for $35 for brunch. The food was amazing and my husband and I both had to take 3rd course to-go! The service was great as with everything within the... More
