The entry to the restaurant is very nondescript, but once in the lobby, you are now in a place that appears to be like a cave. If you take the walkway to the restaurant, you'll be totally disoriented, but it is fun. Just know, every so often, a ninja might jump out in front of you. The restaurant, itself, is... More

Underground atmosphere with unusual decor...Went with a small party of 3. Seated in a sort of isolated room of the main walkway with no view at all to take in or feel part of the overall restaurant atmosphere. Food selection/quality just average. Did not meet up to all the hype of the "cool" special effects of the food presentation and... More

This is a must visit, especially with children. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. It is not just dinner but an experience. The food was excellent. The deserts were entertaining. Everyone is dressed as ninjas and the restaurant is actually underground.

I had read a lot of mixed reviews about this place but I must add that I felt the whole experience was amazing - the ninja theme, the ambiance, music and decor. The amazing presentation of food and courteous, fun staff I do feel that this is a place best suited for those who were traveling with kids - there... More

What an awesome experience. We had an early dinner here back in 2012. The service was good. They have entertainment such as magic tricks, ninjas would just popped and surprise you from behind. Great food presentation and food taste good as well. I ordered Caesar salad, hot artichoke dip, kataplana hot pot and angus ribeye steak. I liked everything except... More

After doing some research on this restaurant, we did book our reservation for dinner for four before getting to NY. Even though the neighbourhood didn't look that impressive, we found our way to this place through a poorly lit street. With no waiting area, we were asked to hang around for fifteen minutes before our tables got ready. And we... More

Visiting the Ninja restaurant was not top on our list but because our friends were in from Boston we were game. Kids had a blast, ages 4-11 being surprised by the ninjas throughout the evening. Presentations online looked amazing, and was excited to try the food. Themed restaurant, not expecting the best food but was surprisingly good. Excellent presentation of... More

I booked the table secretly prior to our NY trip , as I thought it would appeal to our teenagers (14 & 17) after researching reviews etc. They were excited when we got there ( they were unaware up TIL the last minute when we walked thru the door) - you are in a small holding area , and the... More

We made reservations on a Tuesday at 1:00 for dinner at 6:00 for 6 people. We were told that they could get us in at 6:30 so we gave them a credit card # to hold reservation upon their request, they said this was their policy. Also they said if we cancel its a 10.00 charge. We arrived at 6:00... More

Went with the family knowing full well that this would be nothing more than a fun night out with the kids (based on all the reviews). Conceptually, it was really fun. The ninja element kept us talking and on our toes, and it was a nice break from otherwise "normal" dining. But... the service was friendly but very slow, the... More
