Go there and taste the Portuguese Octopus with a nice glass of wine. Service could be a little bit more friendlier and quicker ... and some are.

This restaurunt is adjacent to the hotel, King & Grove where we stayed.. It was good to have an indoor entrance from the hotel, since it rained during our stay. We ate twice: our evening server was very nice, but the breakfast server was not particularly friendly. Watch out -- they do not sell decaf coffee.
Fine as a restaurant. Nothing special but food was tasty and service was good. Convenient for first night of dining.
Campanile is New York eating. You arrive off of 29th street and think, am i sure I want to eat here? Not impressive from the outside or location but the food is great. Small, charming and neighborhorhood style you know it is a winner. Owner greets you and sits you at white linen tables. Drinks are made by experienced bar...

Visited semi-regulary forf Sunday brunch. Lately I arrive to find the doors locked at 1:30 pm, even when the sign shows open 7 days noon to 3:45 for lunch. I even called ahead of time and was assured it would bed open. It's not. Never returning.

The food was excellent, I would suggest the Zara salad and the ravioli. Muscles were incredibly flavorful, fresh and lots of garlic! Tiramisu is housemade and was delicious.
We arrived at the restaurant at 4PM after a long, delayed train trip from DC so were ready for dinner, although it was early and there were no other diners in the restaurant. Conveniently located close to our hotel this restaurant was perfect for a relaxing dinner after a day filled with meetings, shopping and lots of sightseeing. The owner is a freindly gentleman and treated us like family. The food was fantastic. Great presentation and very tasty.
We had breakfast here the day after we arrived. It was served well and there was a good choice on the menu. Our coffee was refilled several times, and thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast.
