Dinner last night was a treat. Lobster bisque was one of the best soups that I've ever had. Seafood salad was delicious. Duck breast and rack of lamb we both excellent mains. Restaurants come and go and restaurants change but not Gotham - please not ever Gotham. From the service to the atmosphere to the food, everything was and is always spot on. The steak was incredible, the wine paring was a great match (and not killer on the wallet). Just great.

Although there are a few steaks dishes on the menu, this is not a great NYC steak place. The menu is best described as modern American. The service is good and a bit too quick...almost as if they want you out fast!! Still, the food was good and that is what counts in the end.

We been here three times. One of the best places in the city. Probed by many years of continuing success. The menu is always good no to mention about the desserts. Ambiance is casual elegant in NYC standarts and very mixed. Not surprises, always excellent.
