Brian's 24 is your average hotel bar. The food was good, but nothing spectacular. It is nice that it was attached to our hotel and open 24 hours.
Sarah, our server, talked me into trying the peanut butter bacon burger. I was a bit nervous at first, but by the time I tried it, I knew that I had to go back at least once during my stay. Service was great, food was great, good drink selection. I'd definitely go back the next time I'm in town even... More
Consistently great food with good prices. I have been to Brian's for breakfast and lunch on different occasions and never been disappointed.
We were staying at the Ramada St. James so this was very convenient place to eat at. It's clean, the food was good, and the portions were big.
This was the second time we had eaten at Brian's 24 and although it's a little tough to find unless you know it's there (right next to the Ramada), it's almost perfect when it's late and you are really, really hungry (and you should be really hungry). The food is good and there's a lot of it. Hopefully you see... More
This is a really good restaurant. Food is tasty and the portions are huge. They have breakfast items all day and even those are generous portions. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The place is clean. Very busy but we were always able to get a table. Highly recommend Brian's 24.
This is a great place to have around. Convenient to hotels, the convention center, the heart of the tourist district, and open 24 hours! A great alternative to visiting a chain place for a quick bite. I was jet lagged when I went, just got off a plane, and just needed food. My hotel recommended Brian's (instead of Subway) so... More
The only thing better than a great breakfast, is breakfast served 24/7. Brian's 24 Restaurant is downtown San Diego's only 24 hour, full service dining establishment. That's a nice club to be the only member of! The atmosphere is bustling, as that it is almost always packed with eager patrons, waiting for chicken and waffles, tasty burgers, meatloaf, and steaks.... More
I ordered your basic bacon and eggs. I could see more plate than food. I don't need more than I can eat, but I would like enough to fill me up. Not much flavor on any of the food. Better bet would be a breakfast burrito. Guys next to me was huge.
